Reflect. Something we are all doing at this time as we say goodbye to 2019 and say hello to a new decade. A lot can change in a year, a month, a week and even a day. It’s important we reflect back and remember the lessons we learned, the tasks we accomplished and hardships we faced. How will you apply your past experiences to your 2020 goals? At the beginning of each year, one of our weekly office meetings includes a dream board presentation where each team member is asked to create a board of their goals for the upcoming year. This may include personal goals, career goals, home goals or any kind of goals. When you can see your dream, you can achieve it! We encourage you to take time to reflect. Take time to breathe. For the 2019 year, our agents set and achieved some amazing goals that they included on their dream boards.
