Info: Helping others is my PASSION! I have been working with and serving the public since before I was born! Back then the family business was coffee and donuts. My great uncle started things in Rhode Island and then my parents migrated to Connecticut bringing the business with them.
When I was a little boy hanging out in the coffee shop, there was always this one man who would say “I knew you before you were even born.” When I asked my mother how this was possible, she informed me she had worked behind the counter on the very day I was born so everyone felt they already knew me.

Info: Presley is a Stuart native and graduated from the University of Central Florida (go Knights!) in 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. After graduating, she moved to Mississippi to expand her knowledge, participating in marketing roles for hotel, casino, retail, restaurant and c-store companies. Presley recently moved back down to Martin County with her husband, Hunter, and 2 German Sheppard’s, Leo and Ollie. Info: Elin’s love of design and real estate started long ago! Her passions and outgoing personality naturally lead her to luxury real estate and staging. Originally from San Diego, California, Elin grew up in Montreal, Canada, where her mom flipped condos and always asked for her input on finish choices. “I could go to home depot and choose a winning finish grouping, in less than 45 minutes, that would get endless compliments and sell the property within days, at top dollar, every time.” She has always gone after everything in life with the same direct tenacity. Straight out of college, Elin pursued a career in Fashion Design and Event Planning. She is no stranger to working long hours, professionally and diligently, for high end clients, both in English and in French.
She began her career in Real Estate in West Palm Beach in 2015 and met her husband, Lance O’Donnell, a luxury residential builder, shortly afterwards. Elin and Lance renovated a succession of homes along the treasure coast which provided Elin the opportunity to demonstrate her natural flair for interior design and staging. They now call Palm Beach Gardens home and have 2 beautiful little girls, Brooke, 3, and Kennedy, 6 months old. In 2019 they established Brookeside Builders after their first daughter which specializes in home remodeling. While expanding the Stracuzzi Brand South into Palm Beach County, Elin strives to maintain a work-life balance by spending as much time as possible with her kids and family, when she isn’t working with clients, guiding them mindfully through the buying and selling process.
